Onsite Support can be based on a static or dynamic schedule. Unlimited Remote Support assures proactive maintenance and competent resolution of IT incidents. Non-critical incident response time is up to 4HR. Critical incident response time is up to 1HR.
Client can schedule additional on-site and remote office hour support if client requires regularly scheduled on-site presence support or assured pricing for an office relocation or large project implementation.
60 or more scheduled on-site support hours per quarter entitles client to unlimited remote office hour support (each plan includes unlimited nights and weekends remote maintenance and support requests).
